Twelve members, not hundreds
trainwell's CEO has said its full-time trainers "can train hundreds of clients at once", and its job ads say its technology lets a trainer work with "4x the standard number of clients". That's the design. The app runs the workout so one trainer can carry a large roster.
We cap every coach at 12 members, because a coach who is on live video for every session physically can't do more. Twelve is the number that lets your coach watch every rep and remember what happened last week. We're unscalable by design, and most of the price difference is that number.

Can I keep my trainwell plan while I try Bespoke Fit?
Yes. Your first month with us is $49 with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and trainwell's paid term runs to its end regardless, so trying both side by side costs less than one in-person session. Cancel trainwell a few days before its renewal date if you're staying with us.
Will my Bespoke Fit coach follow my trainwell program?
Your coach starts from it, not from zero. Bring the plan and your recent lifts; the first session is a live movement screen, and the program you get is written from what your coach sees, then adjusted every session after that.
Is Bespoke Fit really live for every session?
Yes. There's no async tier. Every session is a live 1-on-1 video call with your own coach for 45 to 60 minutes, and sessions are unlimited under our fair-use policy. Sessions are recorded for your coach's review only and deleted after 90 days.
What if I don't like my coach?
Switch anytime, no fee and no waiting period. We have three coaches today, with more joining in the coming weeks, and your first call is with our head coach so the match is made by a person, not a quiz.
