LIVE 1-ON-1 VIDEO COACHING, AT HOME OR ANYWHERE
You have the protocol. Nobody is watching you do it.
Your coach builds the session, is on the call while you do it, and corrects the movement while you're in it. Every coach is capped at 12 members, so yours remembers what you did last week.
$49 your first month, then $299/mo, locked for life.
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. No contract. Cancel in two clicks.
A FEW QUESTIONS FIRST
- Do you know your zone 2 target and your set count, and still not train three times a week?
- Have you tested something, a VO2 max, a DEXA, a dead hang, and had nobody to tell you what to do about the result?
- Have you ever finished a set and genuinely not known whether that was good form or the start of an injury?
- Is there a lift you have quietly stopped doing since something went in your back, your knee or your shoulder?
Does any of this sound familiar?
If so, this is where we come in. Tell your coach about the knee, the back or the shoulder on the first call and it goes into the program. That's a reason to have someone watching, not a reason to wait.
THE SHORT VERSION
Session one is a live movement screen:
your coach watches how you squat, hinge and brace, then writes your program from what they saw. Every session after that is a live video call with your own dedicated coach, 45 to 60 minutes, as often as you want. Nobody else is on it.
Your coach builds the session around what you're training for,
including the training you already do, watches you do it, corrects your form while you're in it, and adjusts the next set and your program from what they just saw. If you already run, ride, ruck or do your zone 2, your coach programs around those days rather than replacing them. Nothing to film, log or track.
Your coach keeps the notes and tracks your strength numbers and your benchmarks over time,
along with any body-composition numbers you bring them. You show up and train, and your coach keeps you accountable. Every app, plan and video you've quit had one thing in common: nobody noticed when you stopped. Here your coach is already on the call, at a time in your calendar, with the session planned.
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

What a session looks like
You open the call and your coach is already there. Phone on a stand, or a laptop on a chair. Warm up together, then the first set: your coach demos the movement, agrees the load with you, answers your questions, then watches yours.
Your coach cues you while you're in it. "Hips back before you start." "Brace earlier." "That set was a 9, take it to 10 next time." Not praise, not a lecture, corrections you can use before the next rep. The next session is written from what your coach saw today.
Your coach books sessions around the days and times you're actually free, so you never hunt through a slot list. If your week goes sideways, message your coach and the session moves. A garage with a rack works, a spare room with adjustable dumbbells works, a commercial gym floor works, and every session runs in a browser on your laptop too.
We set you up when you start, dialling in your camera angle so your coach can see you properly and checking your connection holds.
What the evidence says
Three findings about exercise in general, each with its source and the limit that comes with it. None of them is a claim about Bespoke Fit, and none of them was measured on us.
Cardiorespiratory fitness is one of the strongest known predictors of all-cause mortality, at roughly 11% to 17% lower risk per additional MET.
Lang et al., 2024, British Journal of Sports Medicine. An overview of 26 systematic reviews covering 20.9 million observations. The authors rate the certainty of the underlying reviews as very low to moderate.
WHAT YOUR COACH DOES
Puts the conditioning work in the session and holds you to the effort while you're in it.
Across 389,481 app users, 10.1% of beginners were still training at 12 months, and the median person stopped at 19 weeks. Consistency in the first 28 days was the strongest predictor of who kept going.
Predictors of long-term resistance exercise adherence, Frontiers in Sports and Active Living, 2026, DOI 10.3389/fspor.2026.1855668. An analysis of 389,481 app users, mean age 34.7, followed for 12 months. Even experienced users were about three quarters gone at a year. It is app data rather than a trial, so it describes who kept training, not what made them.
WHAT YOUR COACH DOES
Is on the call from week one, which is the window that analysis found decides the rest.
Over 10 weeks in 79 trained adults, adherence was 88.2% with a coach in person, 81.2% with an app, and 52.2% with a self-guided PDF plan.
Gavanda et al., 2025, Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. A randomised controlled trial, 48% women. Live remote video coaching was not one of the three arms, and no trial has tested it against them.
WHAT YOUR COACH DOES
Is on the call at a time in your calendar, which is the variable that trial was built to measure.
Two of those are observational data and one is a randomised trial. Exercise is what they studied. What we sell is a coach on the call, and we make no claim about what training will do to anyone's health.

A trainer at a gym
$50 to $90 a session, three sessions a week. Bark marketplace data, January 2026. NASM's 2026 State of the Personal Trainer survey of 1,133 certified US trainers puts the average active roster at 26 clients, 18 for gym-employed trainers and 31 for tenured ones.
App coaching with a human
A real trainer writes your plan and messages you, but nobody is on the call while you train. trainwell is $149/mo billed quarterly, Future is $199/mo. These services have real value, but trainwell's CEO has said publicly that its trainers can train hundreds of clients at once. Ours are capped at 12. Published rates, checked September 2026.
Bespoke Fit, founding
Unlimited live 1-on-1 sessions, every one with your coach on the call. Train four times a week and each session is $18.69, three times a week and it's $24.92.
Locked for life, 25 spots, then $499/mo.
The spend you've already approved
A WHOOP subscription starts at $199 a year, an Oura membership is $69.99 a year on top of the ring, a Function Health panel is $365 and a DEXA scan starts at $39.95. Vendor prices from their own pages, checked September 2026. That is about $56 a month. Those tell you where you are, but this is the one that actually changes what you do: a coach on the call as often as you like, up to six days a week, month after month, helping you achieve your long-term goals.

Pick your coach
Three coaches today. Your first call is with our head coach, who matches you by hand. You choose, and you can switch anytime, no fee and no waiting period.

Coach Angela
Angela coaches strength and mobility. She builds the movement first, then the load.
BSc Sports Science, University of the Philippines, 2021. MSc Human Movement Science, in progress.

Coach Tris
Tris takes your first call. Sessions match the day you're having.
Head coach. Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness First. Registered Nurse. Former gym manager.

Coach JP
JP coaches conditioning and movement. Good for a race or a sport.
Certified Personal Trainer, ACE. Degree in sports and wellness management, University of Santo Tomas. Les Mills and Hyrox certified.
A certificate is not a competence test. Petushek et al., 2026, in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, tested 310 exercise professionals on a biomechanical technique assessment: the average score was 50%, and it did not improve with experience.
That is one technique assessment, not a measure of how well someone coaches, and it is why a certificate is not how anyone joins this team. Every coach goes through a 90-day hands-on vetting with our founder, who trains with them and watches them cue, pace a session and set up a camera before they ever see a member.
At least three years of coaching experience and current, nationally recognised certifications get a coach into that process, not through it. Every coach is fluent in English.
Your first call is with our head coach.
It adapts to your day, and to what you already do
Your coach writes your program from a live movement screen in your first session,
watching how you squat, hinge and brace, then rewrites it every session from what they see. If you have been training for years and nothing has moved, that is a programming and execution question before it is anything else, and your coach will tell you what they are changing and why, from what they watched.
Our coaches program for people who have never lifted and for people who already train four times a week,
and the first session finds out which you are. No upper age, no fitness floor, and no ceiling either. They have coached people in their 20s rebuilding after an injury and people in their 60s lifting every day.
What you need
- A phone or laptop
- Room to lie flat
- Whatever you own, nothing to buy
- A home gym or a rack works too
Where you start
Session one is a movement screen, not a test, whatever you already lift. Missing a week is normal. You don't owe anyone an apology, you rebook. Some days you have less in the tank. Your coach scales it down. A session you finish at half the load still counts, and your coach tells you which half to drop.
A live session is one person you chose, whose job is to help you get results and stay consistent, correcting your form as you go. No class, no leaderboard, nothing posted anywhere.
What we don't do, and what we don't measure
Nutrition and supplements
Your coach coaches your training. Food, supplements and medical decisions stay with you and your doctor.
Your VO2 max, your DEXA and your bloodwork
We don't test them, we don't read them, and we don't sync your wearable yet. Bring the numbers you already have and tell your coach what matters. Training is what they do.
Clinical assessment
Our coaches are qualified coaches, not physical therapists and not clinicians. If something needs a diagnosis, that's a doctor's job, and your coach will say so.
Spotting you at your limit
If you're pushing a record-breaking lift, you may need someone physically there. A coach on video can't catch the bar. That's an in-person job.
Pre-recorded libraries, AI coaches, group classes or check-in texts
Every session is live. Your coach is watching.
Training on impulse
With us, you always have a booked appointment with a person. That's what gets you there on flat days and keeps you consistent with your goals long term.
If you already train consistently on your own and only want a plan, an app is cheaper and honestly enough. We'd rather you pick what fits than pay for live coaching you don't need.

A NOTE FROM CARL
I built Bespoke Fit for a personal reason. I've watched people close to me go through serious health challenges, and the ones who came through best were the ones who never stopped moving. That made me care a lot about longevity, and about how hard it is to stay consistent on your own.
I know that half too. I've always known I should train regularly, and left to myself I'd drift, mostly because I wasn't sure what to do, how to do it properly, or whether I'd hurt myself. Someone on the call fixes all three at once.
We're early, and I'm excited for you. I'd love for you to experience what we've built, which is why the founding rate is what it is. If you have a question before you start, email me. I read every one.
