Yes. Your first session is a movement screen over live video: your coach watches how you squat, hinge, and brace, then writes a program specific to you before your next session. Before that you have a short call with our head coach, who learns your goals and matches you with the right coach.

How many live sessions do I get, and how long is one?

Unlimited sessions, and one typically runs 45 to 60 minutes. There's no session cap and no per-session charge, so train twice a week or six times. A short fair use policy covers late cancellations, nothing else.

Most US, European, and Australian time zones. Our coaches cover early-morning through late-evening slots, and you settle on a recurring time that works for both of you. Sessions run in English.

Can I book my own session times from a calendar in the app?

No, there's no self-serve booking picker. You and your coach agree a training cadence and your coach books the sessions with you. To move one, you message your coach in the app and find a new time.

What equipment and what device do I need?

A device with a camera, a stable connection, and whatever equipment you already have. Bodyweight at home, a couple of dumbbells, a smart home gym, or a full commercial gym, your coach programs around it. The app runs on iOS and Android, and every session also works in a browser.

Are my sessions recorded, and who can see them?

Yes, every session is recorded, and only your coach and our safety team see it. Recordings are stored securely, never shared, never used for ads or to train AI, and deleted automatically 90 days after the session. They're for your coach's review, so they aren't available for you to replay.

No. Your coach owns your training: form, programming, accountability. Food, supplements, and health decisions stay yours, with your doctor or a registered dietitian if you want expert help. Tell your coach what's relevant, like training fasted, and they'll adjust your sessions around it.

No. A physical spot stays an in-person job, and no video coach can do it. Your coach still watches every rep and drops the load the moment you're flagging.

Yes, a few people. If you already train consistently on your own, an async app is cheaper and honestly enough. If you want group classes, challenges, or a pre-recorded video library, we don't offer any of them: every session here is 1-on-1 and live.
